Companions and Retirees
Your Companion or Retiree registration fee includes the tours, the opening ceremonies, the awards luncheon and the final banquet.
All Companions/Retirees have prepaid for the tours through their registration fee. Delegates who wish to come along may do so if space allows and the specific tour fee has been paid. Please stop at the Companion Booth for more information.
While the delegates are at the training classes, join us for a fun filled week of activities at the Companion and Retiree events. (Subject to Change)

September 27th - Monday - 9:00 - 11:30: Twin City Trolley Tour.
Hop aboard for an enchanting ride around our beautiful river town and enjoy experiencing the charming sites. Enjoy the Trolley era as you tour and cherish the atmosphere on board. If you desire, bring a beverage of your choice and enjoy your special event.

September 28th - Tuesday - 1:00 - 4:00: St. Paul Gangster Tour.
Rat..a...tat...tat... Keep you head down on this tour!! St. Paul dubbed "The Most Livable City" today, was not so "livable" around the 20's and 30's. Nicknamed the "Poison City" with the word "Prohibition"
invented right here, it was the site of nightclubs, kidnappings and gun battles associated with gangster such as John Dillinger, Ma Barker and Baby Face Nelson. Explore the caves where the gangsters lived it up, planned and executed the most notorious crimes ever perpetrated in the upper Midwest. Rat....a...tat...tat....

September 29th - 10:00 - 4:00: Stillwater Boat Ride / Aamodt Apple Farm / Winery Tours.
The place where it all started! Come along with us as we travel to Stillwater, the birth place of beautiful Minnesota. Wind down and enjoy a luncheon as you let a Paddleford Riverboat gradually guide you down the St. Croix River which separates Minnesota and Wisconsin. Watch as the brilliant fall colors start to settle in and change the river shores. Boat details on their website,

Not a river goer? Not a problem! When the Boat Ride is "out to sea" come join us a few blocks away at Northern Vineyard Winery. Sample some of Minnesota and Western Wisconsin's award-winning wines as you relax on the back terrace enjoying the stunning views of the historic lift bridge. Or come shop historic downtown Stillwater known for its unique shops, galleries, fine restaurants and antique shops.
Afterwards we will all travel to Aamodt's Apple Farm/St. Croix Winery, the premier Minnesota destination for all things APPLE. Enjoy fresh baked apple pie, apple oatmeal cookies, caramel apples, apple butter, apple syrup, apple jam, apple donuts, apple turnovers, apples...apples...apples!! Or pick your own apples right from the tree! Also don't forget to stop by the winery and sample St. Croix's finest Marechal Foch Reserve.

September 30th - Thursday - 10:30 - 2:00: Minneapolis Segway and Magical History Tour.
Ride a Segway as you travel back in time to the Minneapolis Riverfront area from 10,000 BC to present, all without breaking a sweat! Accompanied by professional guide, you will experience various eras of the river while stopping frequently at several historical sites. The whole experience will last around 3 hours and include a stop for refreshments at Mill City Museum, once the world's largest flour mill thus nicknaming Minneapolis "Mill City."
